2 Sets of Hydraulic Metal Baler Machine Was Installed in Uzbekistan
For assisting the local government work for recycling various scrap metal wastes, one of our Uzbekistan customers gave us an order for purchasing two sets of metal baler machines in this October. And they said they may order another 10 sets of the horizontal metal baling machines from us when they received and tested the machine’s working effects. Until now, they have applied our metal balers in their metal recycling fields and are negotiating with us about the new order for Shuliy metal baler machines.
Why did the Uzbekistan customer choose Shuliy machinery?
This customer is one of the machinery importing agents of their local government for purchasing good and efficient machines. Their local government manages several large metal scrap recycling processing plants, which carry out the recycling and reprocessing of various scrap metal resources all year round.
They have previously purchased multiple metal balers in other countries to squeeze metal scraps into lumpy solids that can be easily transported. However, after a period of use, they found that the quality of the purchased machine was very poor, the hydraulic pressure of the machine was insufficient, various faults often occurred, and the maintenance cost was high.
So they decided to replace the original machine supplier and re-find a good metal baler manufacturer and supplier. After careful selection of more than ten suppliers from all over the world, the customer finally chose Shuliy Machinery. He believes that we not only have the strength of R & D and manufacturing of machines but also have a very complete after-sales service system so that we can guarantee the quality of the machines.
What have we done for assisting this customer?
When we receive the inquiry from this Uzbekistan customer, our sales consultant responded to the customers’ questions for the first time and made some feasible suggestions to him. And we have confirmed with the customer the voltage, the size and shape of the metal blocks after baling, the discharging method, the metal recycling plant area, the output of the machine and various detailed parameters, etc. Finally, the customer finally determined that the desired machine model was SL-250, and the processing capacity of this machine was 1600kg/h to 2300kg/h.
In order to help customers reasonably arrange the installation positions of the two machines, our engineers also designed detailed installation drawings according to the customer’s plant area. The customer was worried that the metal baler would not be installed and operated correctly and asked if we could send engineers to assist in the installation and guidance locally. We immediately respond to the methods by which customers can send professional installers to install the machine locally and train local workers for the correct use of the machine for free.
