This spring coil machine is made of motor, hydraulic components (oil pump, hydraulic motor, solenoid valve, oil tank, oil pipe, etc.), pre-adjustment wheel, straightening gearbox, rounding component, cutting component, CNC electrical control system and so on.
How does rebar ring making machine work?
Our spiral rebar bending machine is driven by a PLC main board to start the control motor to drive the oil pump. Start the hydraulic components to drive the straightening gearbox to run, then drive the material to move forward, and move to the rounding assembly to complete the rounding molding. Finally, cut off the oil cylinder to cut the material upward to complete the operation.
- Steel bar feeding: the steel bar enters the equipment, the straightening system ensures straightness.
- Bending and forming: the rebar passes through the bending mold for spiral or round processing.
